Most callers who can’t reach you don’t leave a message. They call the next business on Google.

Kesio is not software you buy, then walk away. We take one business at a time, build around your requirements, and then operate it for you.
We work directly with you — that’s what makes it possible. You talk to the people who build your setup and know your requirements — not a support queue, and not a stranger reading a ticket. Tell us what you need, and we’ll make it happen — that week, not next quarter.
Built around your business, not a template · nothing for you to install

Kesio isn’t built for one trade. If your business runs on phone calls and appointments, we set it up around how you work. A few examples:
Plumbers, HVAC, electricians, roofers
Books the job and flags the burst pipe or the no-heat call, so it reaches you first.
Family, injury, criminal, immigration, estate
Takes the intake and books the consultation. Never gives legal advice.
General contractors and subcontractors
Takes the project details and the message, so the bid request isn’t lost on a job site.
Agents, brokers, landlords
Books the showing and takes the maintenance request, day or night.
Agencies, tax and bookkeeping practices
Books the review or consultation, even in the busiest week. Gives no financial or tax advice.
Mechanics, body shops, detailers
Books the drop-off and takes the details while your hands are under a hood.
Barbers, med spas, fitness and wellness studios
Books and reschedules appointments instead of letting the chair sit empty.
Cleaners, landscapers, pest control, movers
Books the estimate while your crew is on the job.
These are examples, not a client list. Don’t see your kind of business? We build custom →

AII’ll get help to you now. First, can you turn off the water at the main shut-off?
CallerOkay — it’s off.
AIGood. What’s the address, and the best number to reach you?
AIGot it. Your on-call person has your details and will call you back shortly.
Every quote and missed call gets followed up automatically* until the customer books or says no. After the job, it asks for a review.*

Fifteen minutes, and we will tell you plainly if none of it fits.
Fifteen minutes on how you run your business and what you want to know.
Built from what you told us in step one. Nothing for you to configure.
Call it. Try to trip it up. Nothing is live yet.
From then on it just runs. You are not left managing an account.
It says so, and it never guesses. If a caller asks for something it can’t handle, it takes their details, says someone will call back, and you get the recording, the transcript and a flag. The same rule holds in the dashboard: when your files can’t answer, it says so instead of printing a zero.
It goes first. Whatever you define as urgent — a burst pipe, a power outage, a client in a hurry — is flagged. On Standard and up, you or your on-call person is alerted with the callback number; on Light, it is flagged at the top of your after-call email. A real safety emergency, like a gas smell, is never booked — the caller is told to get to safety and call 911.
You do. The recordings, the transcripts, the books you export to us — all of it. We hold it only to run the service. Ask for a copy and you get one; ask us to delete it and we do.
Your number forwards back the same day, and you stop sending exports. Everything we built from your material goes with you, and we delete our copies. There is no exit fee and nothing to uninstall, because nothing was installed.
No demo theatre. We ask how your business runs today, and if none of this would help you, we say so on the call.
