Most callers who can’t reach you don’t leave a message. They call the next plumber on Google.

Kesio is not software you buy, then walk away. We take one business at a time, build around your requirements, and then operate it for you.
We work directly with you — that’s what makes it possible. You talk to the people who build your setup and know your requirements — not a support queue, and not a stranger reading a ticket. Tell us what you need, and we’ll make it happen — that week, not next quarter.
Built around your business, not a template · nothing for you to install

Everyone asks first. Call it and decide.
Or hear two of the provider’s voice samples first:
The number is the real thing. The two clips are not: they are the provider’s published samples of two other voices, there to show the kind of voice before you spend a call. See what the call produces →

Thirty minutes on how you run jobs and what you want to know.
Built from what you told us in step one. Nothing for you to configure.
Call it. Try to trip it up. Nothing is live yet.
From then on it just runs. You are not left managing an account.
It says so, and it never guesses. If a caller asks for something it can’t handle, it takes their details, says someone will call back, and you get the recording, the transcript and a flag. The same rule holds in the dashboard: when your files can’t answer, it says so instead of printing a zero.
It goes first. A burst pipe or a house with no heat is flagged as an emergency, and your on-call tech is alerted with the address and callback number. A gas smell is never booked — the caller is told to get out and call the gas company.
You do. The recordings, the transcripts, the books you export to us — all of it. We hold it only to run the service. Ask for a copy and you get one; ask us to delete it and we do.
Your number forwards back the same day, and you stop sending exports. Everything we built from your material goes with you, and we delete our copies. There is no exit fee and nothing to uninstall, because nothing was installed.
No demo theatre. We ask how your shop runs today, and if none of this would help you, we say so on the call.
